I had a friend evaluate it and its just trash. Don't bother with this item....I contacted the company and because its s/h they will not refund but it also has a 14 day thing that you have to call and cancel or they send you another DVR which I did not see in their promotion but its 95$ and I canceled but they refuse to take back the DVR because i didn't call within the 14 days. What a scam this is. I have a DVR, that was nowhere in the description either that I saw....They also promised an email with verification of cancellation and I have not received that yet either...?????
Sleazy company, Secondary name is Trendy Electronics GEA Westminster,CA... They sent the DVR that I don't want or need.....
Monetary Loss: $95.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
