I placed an order based on the promise of assistance prior to production. Calls were not returned, email exchanges went in circles and appeared to be coming from someone with no customer service experience and NO knowledge of the product they are selling.
Seemed best to cancel order less than 24 hours later as it was clear that there was no real “assistance”.
Was told that it would cost $50 for “their trouble”. An example of Sarah’s trouble is...hmm, Sarah asked for a measurement of the cover AND of the actual tub itself, when I gave them, Sarah asked why there were 2 measurements...
