company called and they said they had upgraded the phone system which gave every one new extension numbers and deleted all old voice mails , they apologized for the lack of communication and were quiet helpful in resolving all my issues. said they were going to recommend more internal training , at this point im satisfied with the response I have received and pleased with managements followup now to see how delivery goes

extremely frustrated, per instructions I called in and talked to customer service ,I had questions and my tub was over sized got the price and payed , a week goes by i get an email saying I owe an additional $50 because its oversize , I know that, that’s why I called in , the customer service person and I talked about that , I've now been playing phone tag for over a week , you can’t get to a person when you call in , if they didn't have so many "good" revues I’d say it’s a scam, extremely frustrating , I'm being penalized for their ineptness
