Bought the deluxe cover last October (2013). Waited 5 weeks and they delivered in November.

3 months later (Feb/Mar 2014) noticed stitching on the fold at the top on both sides separating. Checked Warranty which covers poor workmanship or defect in material. The defect is poor thread. The top is now torn away where stitching loosened.

They say they don't cover tears. Well what caused the tear? I can see if the consumer had neglect and abused the cover. We push the snow off with a brush and clean the vinyl regularly.

Just a terrible product. Do not use "the cover guy"!
