The company is working with me to resolve this situation. Amanda has been very helpful trying to find a solution that works.

I bought one of their deluxe model with the vapor barrier. The cover didn't even last 1 year in Southern Idaho, which is pretty mild weather.

The styrofoam panels warped because they were defective (Amanda told me this), and the vinyl and stitching started coming apart. I filled a warranty claim with the company. Amanda responded sure they will fix it, just send the cover back (at my expense - $100) and they will repair it. First of all what good is a warranty if I have to pay in order to use it?

And second, what will I cover my spa with if I have to send this one back?

I don't have a spare cover just laying around I can use. As far as I am concerned the cover is worthless just like the 7-year warranty it came with.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Send me a new cover and then I'll send back the old one..

The Cover Guy Cons: Production quality and inspection, Warranty service, Crappy return policy, Vinyl cracked.
