The Chamberlain Group - Outstanding Customer Service
I just want to acknowledge the outstanding way your representative, Glenn, handled a problem I encountered last week. I needed a double door opener but purchased a single door opener (the box didn't indicate the difference).
It was unlikely I would get a refund as I had thrown away the box and additionally, it was very inconvenient to return the item. It was probably obvious to Glenn that I was a very unhappy customer. Using initiative and a sense of how best to serve the customer, Glenn requested a double door opener be sent to me. I received it today, installed it, and am a very happy customer.
Seldom do companies allow their reps to take this type of initiative and seldom have I experienced such outstanding service.
