Terravision never reply to the my emails or to my pissed message.Today is the 7 March 2023 and my first email to Terrvision was on the end of January 2023

I did book my transfer from Palermo airport to Palermo centre for the 26 Jan. and I took a photo of the booking.
On boarding the coach the drive did not accept it because the QR code was not on the photo and I had to pay for 2 new tickets.
I download my booking after I had a chance to connect on the internet and email it to Prestia Commande (the company Terravision use) for a refund or 2 new tickets for my return from Palermo town to the airport and I was told to contact Terravision which I did many time before my departure on the 4 Feb. and always the same standard reply from Terraviosn that a customer service agent will reply in 10 to 15 days time.
I never receive an email after I done the booking advice me to download the reservation and I believe Terravision can give a quicker reply than 10 / 15 days and probably could have issue me 2 return tickets and have a happy customer.
Awaiting for a Terravision reply with no hope to have a refund.
User's recommendation: Make sure to read everything when you do any booking.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Terravision Pros: Easy booking.
Terravision Cons: No clear details after booking.
