Terminix - A week was gone by without a phone call!!
Very simple: tenting job scheduled for last Friday 9/9 at my home in Pembroke Pines. Terminix manager assured my the crew was on their way, in the 6pm to 7pm window.
No-one showed-up. No-one called us, nothing. We have been "elevating" this issue for a week now, and have not received any phone calls yet or explanation, or tentative date of re-schedule. A whole week went by!!!
This is unacceptable and really a shame. Service Manager Mr Lewis; Branch Manager Mr Malki and Regional Manager Mr Katon: is there a magic formula to get a hold of you??
This is just very bad company policy.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1700.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Terminix Cons: Untruthful promises, Problem resolution, No return call to confirm appointment, Customer service providers.
