The odor unbearable (Cloud). Retailer took it back and replaced with same..
Again gasses given off unbearable . Retailer could only exchange once and to get refund have to deal with Hqs.. Unbelievable, supposedly communicated problem with a so called female executive, who is not sympathetic to the customer.. First take pictures of the mattress and send to her even though she was told never slept on because of odor ..
To bad , send pictures.. Accomplished, two weeks go by no communication, calls not returned.. Then called everyday and finally got her on phone.. Finally agreed to refund price but had to agree not to write a report on the whole deal..
Ok I said, want my money. Really want to see the action taken since this is the report I'm not supposed to write... Hard to believe isn't it.. The drivers picked it up and after asking what they were going to do with it , destroy it..
I suggested they go to good will buy a $25 mattress to take to the place where it is destroyed and keep the brand new Tempurpedic ..?
Hope they did .. Never , ever want to hear Tempurpedic agsin..,
