I purchased a mattress and was told delivery would be in 7 to 10 days. It took almost 7 WEEKS to deliver a mattress that I had already paid for. Numerous calls to Customer Service were never returned. The supervisor nor the department manager would return calls. Two letters to the president went unanswered too.
Each time I called I was given a different story about my mattress. I was told it was lost. I was told the factory was backed up. I was told it was damaged. I was told they had no idea what happened to it. But if the service representative didn't have an immediate answer and needed to call me back, they didn't call back.
The mattress is ok but nothing great. The customer service is horrible.
I would avoid dealing with Tempur-pedic.
