We purchased a tempurpedic Rhapsody Mattress i Jan2012.We also purchased the 2 Queen pillows. We sent in the for for the pillow protectors and only received one in the begining of March and never received the secon on.

We called and never got the second one. I sent an email last week and never got an answer from you. If this is the way you treat customers I'll NEVER buy or recommed your product to anyone.

I'm fairly certain it says on the product registration that they only allow one pillow protector per household.
