I had a Rhapsody that was good for about 6 years, then started waking up with low back pain. Turned it 180, it felt good again for a couple of months.
Then flipped it completely over and bought a mattress topper to put on top. Will work for another while.
In my opinion, Tempurpedic should reduce their prices and offer only a 5 year warrantee.
The bed was great the first five years and obviously the foam starts to degrade after that. I don't know whether that's just the nature of the material or if a better grade of material would rectify the problem.
