WENT TO SAM'S CLUB TO PURCHASE GOODS FOR OUR COMPANY AND WITH NO LOGICAL REASON OUR CHECK WAS DENIED. HAVE CALLED TELECHECK AT THEIR NUMEROUS TELEPHONE #'S WITH NO SUSCESS TO GET ANSWERS.

YOU GET AN A AUTOMATED VOICE SERVICE AND FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS AND AFTER ENTERING A BUNCH OF #'S WHICH TAKE UP TO MUCH TIME YOUR CALL GETS CUT OFF. WILL REALLY APPRECIATE A REAL HUMAN CONTACT TO GET ANSWER AS TO WHY OUR CHECK WAS DENIED.CUSTOMER SERVICE AT TELCHECK IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE.

THEY NEED TO SET UP A BETTER SYSTEM FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The government has established the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau where you can find help and even file a complaint if necessary. Just look them up on the internet and you may be able to put your problems with this company to rest. Hope this helps.
