Have Not Received Refund
Your letter of July 29, 2019 (signed Shubert Ticketing) offered a refund for a $60 1 Telecharge.com gift card that was not used. I applied for a refund on August 9, 2019 (PO Box 998, Times Square Station) but have not received the refund to date.
