TeeChip - TEECIP SCAM
I am shocked that an American Company called TeeChip openly scams the public with accepting money and not delivering goods. I ordered two Hoodies 20 April. 8 July and nothing has been delivered. After several emails and phone calls the so called customer service has done nothing about the situation.
I have sent emails to Josh.
Kirby sent an email on 26 June to say she is "happy to let me know that the goods have now been shipped". Nothing arrived!
30 June Brooklin wrote: "Due to our fast turnabout times we are currently unable tto seen to any garment changes, candellations, or refunds for your order at this time. Unfortunately, once a campaign ends all garmentorders are finalized and sent to production."
However, Teechip was very quick to take my money and after nearly three months I have nothing to show for it.This smacks of FRAUD!!!
Reason of review: Immediately took money - with no delivery after nearly 3 months. Customer service non professional, no help and no interest/.
Monetary Loss: $68.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
TeeChip Cons: Shocking, No communication, Poor customer service, Can not meet delivery dates, Did not receive my order.
Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
