Resolved: Tee shirt order from TeeChip
Out of the blue, after months of not dealing with any of my emails, the tee shirt arrived in the mail. The product is good quality, however, I got a large and it fits a little snug and I am not a big guy, so order a little larger.
Anyway happy the finally resolved this for me.
Still a terrible company to deal with, customer service is very poor. I wish them luck but they need to improve their business model.
Hi I ordered a John Lennon t-shirt on August 11 2015. I never received it.
After numerous tries to contact them, I finally got an email from Joe at TeeChip on September 18th apologizing and offering a 50% refund. Now November 3rd and I still have no t-shirt or refund. I have sent them many emails and tried contacting them via their chat feature. No one responded to my chat.
Tried calling their general support, put on hold for ages, finally hung up. Later tried the chat line again, David responded but then nothing happened. I kept typing Hello, Hi, are you there.
Nothing. At this point I would be happy just to have my money refunded to PayPal.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $30.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
TeeChip Cons: Took my money, Customer service lies, Total lack of integrity, Kept getting the runaround.
