How do i get TechRepublic Academy to provide valid keys for MS Office.

I have had to help several people get their MS Office 2021 Pro keys that haven't al ready been used. The process takes several days or even a week or more to get a valid key to redeem and verify the transaction.

We should not be receiving invalid key messages that the key has already been used. Then having to jump through hoops to take screenshots and fill out multiple requests for an unused key.
