Contact TechCU Customer Service

If you need to contact the company’s customer service team in writing, send a letter to the following TechCU email: info@techcu.com. This address is suitable for solar loan questions and general inquiries. Have mortgage questions? Direct them to MortgageServicing@techcu.com. In the body of the letter, be sure to indicate your account details and a detailed inquiry.

TechCU offers two mailing addresses for different purposes. Direct general correspondence and mortgage inquiries to Technology Credit Union, PO Box 1409, San Jose, CA 95109-1409. For loan payments or account deposits, send your mail to the following TechCU address: Technology Credit Union, PO Box 1300, San Jose, CA 95108-1300.

TechCU hours are different. They vary by the department. The Contact Center is available to accept calls Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. PT. The mortgage line is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT.

TechCU support is also available online. To receive it, visit the official company website. Once on the home page, click on the telephone number. For real-time assistance, you can also click on the round button accessible in the lower-right corner. Such an option will open an online chat window, where you should type your question in the appropriate window. Alternatively, you can follow “Visit contact page” in the “Contact Information” block and follow the email or click on “Make an appointment” to schedule an appointment with the company’s team member.
