About
Team237 is a First Robotics Competition team. It was founded by the woods teacher Carll Pallokat in September 1998. The team first name was Black Magic Robotics. Its headquarters is based in Watertown High School, Connecticut. Team237 took place in more than 45 US competitions during 15 seasons. The high school team also participates in the World Championship events. It won the following awards: District Event Finalist, Regional Finalist, Regional Championships, and 2014 Northeastern University District Event Quality. The robot made in 2006 was published in FIRST Robotics: Aim High: Behind the Design book. Over 300 students of Watertown high school participated in the team.
