New ReviewerI will never go through this company again nor will I recommend this company to anyone. First off at the end of December I applied for the ral.
I was conditionally approved. I was under the assumption once approved since was using last paystub I would get the advance like any other tax place. They are very misinformation people because I think I'm waiting on a deposit inwhcih I never recieve so upon calling they say they are waiting on approval from the irs/acceptance in which it never state that you have to be accepted from irs to get the loan that way people are using paystub so they can get a loan before the irs is accepting. This place misinformation you on multiple thing and then once the irs does accept once again they say they need this and that.
I believe they have no intention on giving people the loan they just want the business and once they lure you in and the documents are signed for them to do your taxes there nothing you can do. Then when my states refund cam through they took the whole refund for my tax Fee and then my federal refund came through and they double charge me for the fees. They took 540 from my state and from my federal. And I'm trying to get into contact with them and it almost in possible I've called email ect and still no response.
I'm continuing to call until I get through to someone.
My best advice do not go through these people unless you want lied to and strung along and never get through to anyone and when you get through it the same lady everytime inwhich is not very personable and very rude and disrespectful.Just a warning I had applied for the ral loan and in which I was conditionally approved for and then they gave all this bs long story short I never got the loan I got my state return A couple week ago inwhich they took for tax fees well to I got my federal refund and these people tried to take 750 for a loan I never recieved. So if anyone got fee taken out of there state return and never got a loan but applied I would keep an eye on your federal refund cause they getting people
