New ReviewerI ordered and paid for an item over a month ago and have yet to receive it. This was a pre-order and I was informed it would be a couple of weeks before I received the item, but its been a month.
I receive numerous marketing emails from this retailer every day but none contain tracking info or updates about my order. The most frustrating bit is there is no contact information on their site or in the emails. I finally found an email and phone number for the retailer on Pissed Off Consumer, which in itself, is a key indicator of the quality of service one should expect from this business.
Unfortunately the phone number is, not surprisingly, constantly busy. Perhaps they should spend less on marketing and more on customer service, but for now, my advice is buyer beware.
User's recommendation: Avoid this retailer.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
