Reset the camera to update wifi. I didn't relink the camera to service. Trial ran out in a few days, and cloud service stopped.

I contacted CS because the C425 camera I bought and installed on my boat dock fell off the mount and rolled into the lake. I explained to the rep that I specifically followed the mounting instructions and that the setup had been working fine for a couple of days before falling off the mount. I feel I should be entitled to a replacement under warranty. The CS rep asked me to send photos of the installation and dock, which I did. Ultimately the rep said they can't send me a replacement because I don't have the camera any longer, which is ridiculous given the circumstances.
