Unwanted items can also be sent back to Tap Warehouse via The User's choice of transport. Please contact Company's team to arrange a return prior to sending any items back. If The User decide The User of company services don't want a product, The Customer can return The Customer's items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, The Client of Tap Warehouse can receive a credit note for goods returned up to 90 days after date of delivery. This credit note is valid for 12 months from date of issue. The Company understand that returning fragile items can be difficult. Website now offer a collection service at a time and place to suit The User of company services For small items, website will send DPD to collect within a 1-hour slot. For bulky, fragile items, Tap Warehouse will send a specialist fragile transport company. They too will provide a collection window for convenience (area exclusions and service restrictions apply to carriers).

Tap Warehouse Delivery Policy
Items in stock and ready for immediate dispatch display ‘In Stock' and ‘Next Day Delivery Available'. This information is given to The User on each product page throughout the website, as well as in the basket prior to checkout, and in the checkout process itself. The User of Website will be able to split up The Client's order into multiple deliveries during the checkout if they have different lead times. For orders under £250, the charge* is displayed on every product page just under the 'Add to Basket' button, and is dependent on the size of the item. The User of Website will only pay a single charge regardless of how many products The Client buy. If an item is 'In Stock' and 'Next Day Delivery Available', The User of Website will also be able to choose a number of other delivery options during the checkout. The Company will not compensate The Customer for missed appointments due to delays or damages. It is The User's responsibility to order items in good time and ensure they are undamaged and free from visual defect prior to engaging with an installer. The Company pride ourselves in having the UK's largest online offering of taps and showers. Some of Tap Warehouse's' products are not kept in stock and need to be specially ordered for The User of company services Website aim to ship orders within 5 working days of receipt of order (although orders of products held in stock are generally shipped much sooner). If The Customer's order is not due to ship within 5 working days, Website will endeavour to notify The Client by email or telephone where provided, and give The Customer the option to wait, switch to an alternative product, or cancel The User's order and receive a refund.

Company's focus is on offering a huge range of bathroom and kitchen products at great prices. Website are available on the phone for help and advice, as well as via email but Tap Warehouse don't have bricks & mortar showrooms. Tap Warehouse don't generally allow customers to collect orders, however, if The Customer are local to Tap Warehouse's' Bournemouth warehouse Website may be able to make an exception, depending on what the items are. The Client of Tap Warehouse will need to check The Client's items over at Company's warehouse as The Company cannot be held responsible for damages that occur whilst in The User's possession. Each of Company's items shows either an 'In stock' status or an estimated lead time in days. If the items are in stock in Company's warehouse, Website aim to ship them out for delivery the next working day when ordered before 1pm for larger items and 4pm for small and medium sized items. The Company send small items such as taps, shower valves and accessories with either DPD or UK Mail, both of which offer a 1 or 2 hour time slot for delivery.
