Abused with swear words from an over emotional employee who was also a manager. I door dashed got wrong food called taco John's stated wrong order.
Chad stated I'm understaffed what the F-'k do you want me to do call back tommorow went on and on in a tangent then said here Brandon you handle it after I said you call this good customer service Craig, really? Then I just hung up
The food was old it was cold soggy and all together just thrown together with no care the quesadilla was cut super *** up and paper and all was ripped when they shoved it all in the bag nachos placed side ways in the bag I have pics even when I took the food back no *** given just ungrateful employees running their mouths manager on duty did try and make it right and offered to remake the food but I said no that I was bringing it to his attention and would eat else where he did have the nerve to tell me that he didn't make the food so he doesn't know what to tell me over all just a horrible experience spent 52 dollars to get trash
