Swico Warranty
The Client's watch manufacturer provides a 2 year manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase. The limited warranty is valid providing it was purchased from an Authorised Dealer, as evidenced by a valid warranty card or proof of purchase. To be valid, the warranty card must be duly completed, dated and stamped by the Authorised Dealer. This limited warranty covers the defects in material or resulting from the manufacturing of the watch. The brands authorised service centre will repair or replace the movement of The Customer's watch free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Batteries, strap, cases or crystals. Damage resulting from an accident, normal wear, negligence, misuse, abuse or from the intervention of any person authorised by the manufacturer.

Swico FAQ
Upon receiving payment or warranty claims approved The Client will receive an email providing The Client of Swico with an estimated completion date. Generally service/repairs take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. However, occasionally it will be necessary to source parts from the manufacturer which would delay the process. In this event The User of Website will be advised by email. The Company hold spare parts for the vast majority of standard repair processes at Swico's' service centre. However, occasionally it will be necessary to source the parts from one of Company's manufacturers which may delay the process. Once The Client's watch has been serviced/repaired it will be returned to The User of Website by special delivery post. Website shall send The User an email on the day of dispatch with the courier's parcel tracking number and contact details. www.swicowatchservicecentre.co.uk are open from 9am until 4pm for repairs.
