Swanstone Terms of Service
Special instructions - "Must call to schedule delivery", "o.k. Swanstone no longer process incorrect, outdated, or unique customer product identifiers used on Purchase Orders. Purchase orders submitted with missing or incorrect data will not be processed until corrected. Purchase orders will only be accepted from customers responsible for invoice payment. Purchase orders cannot be canceled or changed with SwanXpress eligible items. All other purchase order changes or cancellations must be completed within 24 hours of purchase order acceptance. After 24 hours, no changes will be allowed. Custom Vanity Tops or Special Orders must be submitted on a separate Purchase Order. Custom Vanity Tops or Special Order items cannot be returned. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following business day.

To remove hard water, calcium, lime or rust deposits, a rust-removing cleaning agent is acceptable. Swanstone solid surface products are not recommended for exterior use. Material should not be used in areas exposed to sustained temperatures exceeding 450°F. Swanstone's' material is heat-resistant, so The Customer will not experience any thermal expansion and contraction. Swanstone's' surfaces can even handle steamer units. For kitchen sinks, rinse any food or beverage residue as soon as possible and follow up with normal household cleaners. For vanity tops, clean with normal household cleaners. For shower floors and walls, clean regularly with common household liquid cleaners and a sponge or soft cloth. In the event of a scratch, start with a powdered abrasive cleaner and scrubbing pad. If necessary, use white automotive rubbing compound or a light sanding with a 400 grit or 40 micron sandpaper.
