Gift Cards may be purchased in the store or go to the Sale page to purchase online. If Website do not stock an item, The Company will be happy to special order it for The Client of Swains Art Supply The Company will quote The Customer the cost of the item, any shipping charges that may apply and the estimated time it will take for the merchandise to arrive at Swain's. If The User of company services choose to place the order, Swains Art Supply will require The User to prepay for that item. Special order items are not returnable and are non-refundable.
