There are two Supply email addresses you can use. For general issues and to request general information, send your email to hello@supply.co. To request assistance from customer service, email to help@supply.co. Because there is no telephone number, customer service receives lots of emails per day. Usually, it takes 3 to 4 working days before you receive a response. To make it easier for customer service agents to transfer your email to the right department, clearly mention in the subject line what the issue is about. In the email elaborate on your concern and indicate how you want the company to assist you. Where applicable, also provide an order number.

Customers can request to visit Supply headquarters to discuss complex issues with senior company representatives. Call beforehand, make an appointment and attend the arranged meeting at headquarters. Headquarters is accommodated at the corporate office located at Supply Co., 2914 Stanley Ave., Suite 104, Fort Worth, Texas 76110, United States.

Supply headquarters is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and on Saturday by appointment only. You can email the company outside Supply business hours but you will receive your response during the hours of operation.

Because the Supply website is part of customer service, you can contact the company at any time via the website. To make it convenient for customers to give feedback, you only have to click on “Contact Us” on the website and fill out the form on your screen. A company representative will contact you. Alternatively, you can click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the screen and chat with a bot. You can then request to chat with an agent during business hours and someone will contact you during normal business hours.
