Supercell - Multiple Fraudulent Charges
I have had credit card company freeze our account due to four fraudulent $9.99 charges this morning. After freezing and cancelling our card which is a huge pain.
I went back through my records. Looking back at our credit card records started seeing more and more of these GOOGLE *Supercell g.co/payhelp#CA $9.99 or $4.99 charges and only a few of them were legitimate. Seems like they apply the same charge multiple times, game coding must be made to make fraudulent charges on a regular basis. Usually two ata a time but recently getting more like four at a time.
2016 total loss was over $300.
Clash of Clans game is now deleted forever. Also don't want to play any game made by Supercell like I think Battle Royale also is being removed from our devices too.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $330.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Supercell Cons: Fraudulent charges.

Yeah true, in 2019 I would purchase one item in-game for $4.99, and I was charged for it twice. So I reported each one through apple, and I requested a refund.
I received a refund for almost all of the fraudulent charges.
But if you report a charge thatโs correct, it will say your trying to get a false refund. I havenโt had that problem lately though.
Just had the same thing. $2827.94 since December 1.
Same thing here but had $1600 worth of charges and duplicate charges. iTunes will not help.

In regards to your review about Supercell Clash of Clans fraud. I just had a very similar experience, and finding as of recent, many others have also.
One purchase , $4.99 was made.
However, when reviewing my debit card charges, multiple charges appeared the first day, and every following day, until I alerted my bank. The total amount of charges was over $500 for a $4.99 purchase.
Never again will Clash of Clans be on any of my devices.
