I ordered an Easter arrangement for my elderly aunt in a retirement residence. Paid in USD by credit.

Asked to expedite for more $. Thought is was a done deal. Flowers to arrive no later than 1pm April 17, 2022.

They called and said they'd have to substitute everything using the "supply chain" excuse. Fine.

They also told me they could not make my requested delivery date. Oh.

When the flowers still did not arrive, I called. Lady said hold while she contacts driver. Turns out he's unavailable.

BS!! They ask me to wait another day.

At that point I became irate and said I wanted a refund, she began spewing policy, and I hung up.

We are now 4 days past my order date, still no flowers.

Don't do business with them. They take your money IN US FUNDS!!! and give nothing but excuses.

The saddest part is my aging auntie who is near 90 with few pleasures left in life was in tears because it appeared I forgot about her.

Now, I too must come up with excuses.

So typical of our dont-give-a-sh!t society. Boo hiss!
