Summit Sports Return Policy
Ski purchases utilizing Company's mounting services cannot be returned. Use the address below, and drop The Client's return off at The User's preferred shipping carrier. Just remember to contact Website with The Client's tracking information so The Company can keep The Client up-to-date on The Customer's return status. All items must be returned in their original condition - This means that items should be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells (i.e. This will ensure The Customer receive The User's new item quickly and reduce the risk of it selling out. The User of Website will receive a full refund for items returned in New/Unused condition (minus any shipping costs) once they are received at Company's warehouse. Should The User's item have a defect, Company's Customer Service Team would be happy to help The User of company services facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Summitsports.com does not pay for return shipping for warrantied items, the customer is responsible for the cost to ship the defective items back to Summitsports.com or the manufacturer.

Once The Customer place The User's order and it has been shipped, The Company will send The Client of Summit Sports a confirmation e-mail. The confirmation e-mail will include a tracking number (if available), back-ordered items, items that have shipped and the total amount charged to The Client's account. The User of Website will only be charged for items that have already been shipped. Any items shipped to military addresses cannot be traced while in transit. Some tracking services only provide proof of delivery and will not provide any information about the package until it is delivered. Sometimes it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carriers tracking system. The User order may not be traceable at this time. Check The User's e-mail. Summit Sports will send The Client e-mails about the status of The Customer's order that will keep The User up-to-date. This does depend on where The Client's shipping location is and the method of shipping The User of Website select at check out.
