Was promised a return call, waited over a month...Hi, I have been trying to get in touch with you all for months now! And finally when I get in touch and I speak to one of your agents, he tells me that you all need to review my case further and that you will contact me and let me know what the decision was.

I was very skeptical about that and I repeatedly asked your agent, to give me a contact number but he didn't give it to me and he assured me that someone would get back to me....That was over a month ago and I still haven't received a single initiation of contact from Stripe's end. I've been waiting patiently since November of 2020 to have you resolve my issues but you all are not taking this seriously at all and neither are you helping me.

Please contact me back ASAP because I'm tired of waiting. What kind of company takes 6 months to resolve a single simple issue???
