How to Contact Stripe?

At present, Stripe does not offer a dedicated inbound customer service number. But, you can easily request a call to solve your queries via Stripe’s support website. The Stripe customer care is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. And there is an average waiting duration of only 3 minutes.

Stripe Customer Support can be reached all day and every day without interruption. This includes weekends as well as holidays. Additionally, you can avail one of the multiple ways to reach Stripe customer service. You can get in touch with them via live chat, phone call, and email.

Stripe has live chat support for customers. To initiate the Stripe live chat support, users need to go to the official website and find Contact Stripe Support. From there, users can initiate chat support by clicking on the highlighted “Chat” box. It usually takes 2 to 3 minutes and is available in English and Japanese.

Stripe has zero customer service and they have stolen $50,000.00 dollars of mine. I had a customer pay me for services and stripe is holding the money now 5 months and they said they wont be paying me out.

They wont refund my customer. And they give no reason

Nightmare getting my payout

No phone customer service via the phone. Complete obfuscation of the payout process and endless loops of emails that never solve the problem.

An absolute nightmare. And to make things worse, there's this whole relationship with Woo Commerce (an equally terrible plug-in) that blurs the line between the two companies so I have to deal with this in redundancy.

Lost $300 and blamed it on the developer of another app they partner with

Stripe is a terrible platform, and IT has no clue what they are doing. I accidentally made a typo on my email address, which created an account I couldn't access.

Stripe integrates with Pocket Vendor. Basically, Stripe canceled my account with a typo in it while a payment was captured from PV and in the Stripe account. I'd taken a payment not knowing I was locked out, and Stripe held the $300 in the account with the typo and then deleted it along with losing the payment. They threw PV under the bus, sending me multiple messages so sweetly not identifying my issue and blaming it on PV.

Halfway through they asked why I was contacting them after a month of back and forth. I sent screenshots with proof they had the money in a Stripe account that then disappeared, and then they blocked me and won't respond to any requests for help or a refund. This is ridiculous. $300 may not be much to them, but it is to a small business, and the fact they crucified their partner instead of taking responsibility is shameful corporate behavior.

They lost a customer's money, blamed a partner that helps them make money, and then gaslit me and blocked me. Well done, Stripe.

Classy move an very much a company that seems like it is run by functional adults who understand the concept of personal responsibility, integrity, and customer service. I am disgusted with this company and will not use them again.
