Sit back and listen to my story. My wife and I purchased almost $7000.00 worth of chairs and end tables and itailian leather sofa, love seat and recliner.

Delivery was on time , but the chairs that were purchased to match our dining room table didn't match. We were told that if they didn't match tell driver to bring back and they would refund the chairs. When we told the driver not to take the rest of chairs off the truck he stared to tell us off. He was telling us we should have known that they wouldn't match, and now he was going to have to work around the chairs all day. He was so rude that his partner was apologizing for him, and couldn't believe he was acting like this. We called and complained, have no idea if any thing was done, because we didn't get a response back.

Then the sofa and two other chairs had some problems three months after delivery, We called costumer no service and they sent out a repair man who then took pictures and proceeded to tell us the chairs were damaged from a cat and they won't fix these chairs. We don't have a cat and never did!!!!! The damage to the sofa he pulled out his dye kit an d dyed the center of the sofa. He then said that the sofa was fixed. Two months later the sofa was staring to fade again. Called costumer no service again, they sent out a repair man again, he took pictures, and said they would replace the center of the sofa, but couldn't guarantee that the dye lot would match. We have been waiting over four months for the repair, but still have know idea when it will be repaired. Nice to know that my sofa i spent a lot of money on may not match the rest of the sofa.

This our fault this time, we went back and purchased a bed for our son(should never have gone back). The head board was on back order, waited about a month and a half. paid $80.00 for delivery and they would put it on the frame. The delivery men were three hours late on a sunday, they sent the appointment up and were three hours late. showed up at 6pm on a sunday. They put the bed together and my wife told them they put it together back word. There were metal brackets in the front, and you could see the screws that the manufacture used to put the frame together. They told us to fix it our selves if we didn't like it, that they were upset they were missing the Packer game. At least after one hour on the phone and two managers later they refunded our delivery charge(at least that is what we were told), still haven't seen the money!!!!!

Will never ever go back to buy any thing from this place ever again!!!!

This guy will really be pissed when he realizes his Leather Italia, "italian leather sofa" is made in Korea!
