Very poor customer service/support
On September 22, 2025, I booked a ticket online. Immediately after booking, I noticed an error on the arrival date.

I was able to make changes without penalty right after booking from other airlines but not Starlux. I tried to find customer support online but had no luck. In order to talk to someone, I would be charged a fee. I tried online chat.

It took me 10-15 minutes to be the 2nd person in line to get support. After 30 minutes, I was still the 2nd person. It was late and I could not wait any longer. I filed a payment dispute until I could get help.

While waiting for the credit card company to reach out for an answer, I filed their online request to review my booking. After several days, they responded. They still wanted to charge me 110 USD. They had not answered my dispute at this time.

A few days after their initial response, they finally responded to my dispute after almost one month from the date I filed the dispute. And, they told me they blocked my booking. I immediately replied to their email stating that they would get paid, and I requested them to go ahead and cancel my ticket. I also removed the dispute with the credit card company on the same day.

Two weeks later, I heard nothing from them. My booking is still blocked. No cancellation either. I sent another email request with the same request, please cancel my ticket.

You will be paid. Still no response. It is surprising that such a global company is not trying to understand why I would rather cancel my ticket and pay for a penalty than fly with them.

They might offer good service flying, but they fail at their ticketing and customer service/support. If you are able to fly without any customer support, they might be an option.
