Who at Stafford do we talk to about the last several packages of briefs & tshirts I bought? There is no elasticity in the leg bands (things fall out) and the quality is just not the same. I've been buying this product for decades at JC Penney store in Rolla MO USA.

The tabs of my son's dress shirt collar have caused the points of his collar to stain. Bleaching won't remove it. What can I do?
