Spring Air Mattress - Spring Aire warranty a joke!
We purchased the top of the line king size mattress w/ box spring! Year 1 was wonderful...
we began to notice a hump down the center! Then body indentations on each side. I called Spring Aire and was told 3 inches of indentation was normal! Of course this mattress cannot be flipped.
So we rotated it. Now there is a full person body well on each side of the hump! Called store where we purchased and they sent out two men to take pictures and measure...both agreed mattress should be replaced! It has been six months and nothing has happened!
I will never purchase another Spring Aire product and I will never shop at Schewels Furniture again!
Somebody needs to be held responsible...maybe there is a class action lawsuit somewhere!
Monetary Loss: $2000.

Don't I wish that I had read up on all of this because the same thing has happened to me except my "new" mattress set came that way on the day of delivery! I stopped making my payment because Schewels was only trying to make more money off of me after what had happened.
20% restocking fee and over one hundred dollars for delivery, even though I never received a new mattress without sagging in the middle. 6 months later, a subcontracted company from Richmond, Virginia sent a nice man out for an inspection and he wasn't allowed to tell me what he found in his investigation and I've never heard another word from either company. The sagging mattress set was bought from Schewels furniture store in Christiansburg, Virginia. They will try to deliver an old sagging mattress that's in shrink-wrap, but the moment you inform them of their mistake, they tell you about all the fees and extra charges that you're going to pay if you want them to make this right and of course you do when you're in so much pain every morning and can't hardly move!
So we paid about $600 for an old sagging bed because my husband was gladly bending over and paying the payment every month!
They cover themselves by saying we told you about these policies but that doesn't even make sense when they delivered a bad mattress to begin with! CROOKS!
What happened? Did they do something?
