did not cancel on request. I have tried a second time now and wish a refund to my original payment method which is Visa immediately.

They advertise as a free trial when it is not a free trial at all. This website is not reliable and it is not valid for Canada anyway so why bother using it at all. They should let you know in advance the territories and regions where a search can be performed but they do not do this for some reason I do not understand. I want my money back immediately.

This is simply not right at all in my opinion. I wish to get an immediate refund.

Also, why is the chat line not available anyway? This makes no sense to me.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I have seen so many negative reviews about your company and so far there is absolutely nothing good to say about you at all. It is not relevant to me to use a company that researched American records while I am in Canada as well as your records not being even remotely accurate in any way. No body seems to get any satisfaction for using your services
