Awful service on phone and when emailing rude staff and a con my ticket stated I could pay a fee to swap the date however was refused there was no option staff fobbed me off called cross country they said its a breach of ticket sales it states you can we lost a night in our hotel I would really avoid this service because they are a nightmare and when u book they say u can make ammendments but refuse and say u have to cancel trip rebook it and waif 28 days for the refund but the train company said its difficult to get your money back if cancelled its easier to swap so I think maybe that's why they do it so they can try and avoid the refund
