Can I request a refund for the season passes I just purchased?Hello. I just purchased the season pass tickets for myself and my two children yesterday, July 6th (Taekyun Kim, Josiah Kim & Danielle Kim) yesterday, July 6th) and visited for the first time today (July 7th).

I understand that much of the covid protocols have been lifted but honestly I was so shocked at the high level of people present at Splash and hardly could see any awareness for covid protocols in place (other than few hand sanitizers). It was insanely crowded and I felt very unsafe to be in the park and was really impossible to enjoy as a family so we left in about 15 minutes. I know without a fact that we won't be returning with covid cases in high numbers and variants starting to impact communities again. I really think the city of la mirada should be monitoring on daily numbers to help families feel safer.

With this being said, despite your non-refund policy, would you be able to either 1) Refund our three season passes OR 2) Refund the amount minused from us three visiting one time today? Please let me know, Taekyun Kim.
