Spectra Baby USA Return Policy
All items being returned to www.spectrababyusa.com must have been purchased directly from Spectra Baby USA. Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item including sales tax. Pumps must be shipped back to www.spectrababyusa.com within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition. In the case of orders for bundles, if there are missing components their value will be deducted from the refund. Due to the personal nature of these items, returned items must be unused and unopened. If the seal is missing or broken it is non-returnable. Accessories must be shipped back to The Company within 30 days of purchase in their original condition. If The Customer's items have been used or opened, they are non-returnable. The Customer's refund will be finalized once it is received, inspected, and processed by Company's returns department.
