I have been investigating for the past 2 years a downed line in my 72 year old mothers home, I've constantly been told to take it down myself by an Centerpoint energy employee. Clearly he is incompetent to suggest such a thing. Finally your Tech Charles was very sympathetic and very well informed. He described all the lines and pointed me in the right direction. Thank you Charles for giving me my sanity back, I'm making some progress now. You were AWESOME!
