Since most of Something Greek's' products are custom made to order, returns are generally not accepted and Website are only able to accept returns in the case of defective merchandise or mistakes that The Company have made on the order. In that case, www.somethinggreek.com will have a replacement sent out to The Client All other returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The Client must contact Website within 10 business days of receiving The Client's merchandise and Something Greek will send The User a Return Authorization Form with the details of the return if The User's order qualifies. The User of company services then have 30 days from the date the Return Authorization Form is issued to send the order back, otherwise the return will be void. If The Client are looking to cancel an order, The User of Website must contact www.somethinggreek.com within 24 hours and Website will try Company's best to cancel the order. If The User of Website are looking to cancel the order due to a change that needs to be made, please notify www.somethinggreek.com as soon as possible and Website will try Something Greek's' best to make the change for The User
