I purchased a couch from them Oct 2014.After calling them several times, the couch finally arrived in Dec or Jan.

When we received it, it had a missing leg and part of the material was torn. We called and they came out to repair it. The repair guy was extremely unprofessional and left a mess. Now, just over a year later the couch has several tares over six inches long and the padding is all bunched up.

We are not hard on our couch. It does not even get a lot of use. We called since we have a 5 year warranty to have it fixed.

They said to email pictures, that was over a week ago and we have not heard back yet.This company is a joke and not worth the headache.

Review about: Sectional Sofa.

I didn't like: Whole experience, No one calls you back, Do not care and will not fix.
