Hi As I got your e-mail asking me about any updates I still didn’t recieve anything from smartfares I still asking here and there about what is the right legal action to do especially that a lot of other people contacts me telling me they had almost the same trick and they were pissed off so we’re contacting each other’s to go the legal action I was hoping that you would help us with that

I booked a round flight from Kuwait to Amman to visit my mother who had a dangerous medical operation for 3 days and they sent me the confirmation e-mal with the the reservation code and the flight details that I have to flight with Kuwait airways for going trip at 4:05 pm on 28th of August 18 and coming back with royal Jordanian airline on 31 of August at 11:30 pm this round trip will cost me around 1,200 $
I arrived Kuwait airport 3 hours before the trip time but I the ticket is not issued ,so I called the customer service of smart Fares a, the number was American that this call will cost me a lot of money but I have to because it’s urgent trip that call extended for more than 45mins where they were keep telling me to wait and not to hang off the line in spite of informing them that it will cost me a lot of money band my credit might end it up but they told me we can’t call you back
The customer service told me to wait because they will try to talk to the person in charge to issue the ticket that was ironic cuz I thought it’s already issued since they sent confirmation e-mail
That was not the end that also told me that the back trip is sold out and they have to find another flight that is not direct and it will cost me more money
I was worrying cuz the counter for my going trip will close soon and I won’t be able to flight so I won’t find another trip and I’ll losr my money also
I insist to find another direct flight he change it one day before and added more than 700$ to the cost even thu I didn’t hear the price but I agreed cuz the counter will close in 12 minuets
I begged them to find another flight cuz as I searched I found the original flight that I booked is available but they told me it’s not and they refused to refund it
I can’t believe the fraud way they used to abuse my need for the trip and I dunno how to sue them
All the complaints went by wind but I will follow all the courts for the pain and exhaustion that they caused it to me
