Sitelock contacted me that they had found malware on my site.I then received a second email Ticket # XXXXXX has been opened, the email was basically blank .

When I contacted them for details on either and both events the run around started. Finally a SR Security Consultant contacted me (ONLY AFTER I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU). He indicated he would be more than glad to show me how to use my dashboard. The fact is the service is a for fee service, and I would have had to sign up for a subscription to even have them scan my site.

So they start off with fraud telling me there is a problem, and if I want to find out what the problem is I have to pay....Don't wash your time with them and just file a complaint with BBB.ORG if they contact you.
