Not able to speak to someone at customer service

Simple human products are great
Pricey !!
Ive purchased two rechargeable soap dispensers and theyve been great until one of them has stopped working abruptly. As expensive as they are, I am hoping to receive a free replacement but am unable to speak to someone on line.

The number associated with customer service redirects to website or text message No live person to speak with. Very disappointing

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE "CUSTOMER SERVICE", LACK THERE OF ..I HAD TO HAVE THIS TRASH CAN REPLACED ONCE ALREADY AND NOW IT DOES NOT OPERATE AT ALL, SO I PAID $250 FOR A PIECE OF METAL. THIS IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND I CANNOT GET ANY RESOLUTION.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL TWICE IN A WEEK ASKING ME FOR A VIDEO, THERE IS NOTHING TO VIDEO BECAUSE IT DOES NOT OPERATE AT ALL. THE VOICE COMMAND FEATURE STOPPED WORKING MONTHS AGO BUT I DIDNT WANT TO EVEN DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY BUT NOW IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL AND THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR WARRANTY AND YOU CANNOT EVER GET ANYONE IN THE US EITHER SO THERE IS A LANGUAGE BARRIER THERE AS WELL.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase the outrageous 8" SimpleHuman trio mirror for $300. Everyone reviews these mirrors shortly after buying them.

If you would have asked me a month or so after I bought mine what I thought, I would give it a wonderful review. However, less than 18 months after buying this thing, the lights burnt out. SimpleHuman creates a veritable obstacle course to get assistance. First, you have to get a post it note and write down your name, phone number, serial number, describe the problem, and tape it to your mirror and then take a picture.

Next, they will ask you to do a video describing the problem. Next, they will ask again for your email (after they just emailed you) name, address, phone number, and serial number again. After all of this, they will ask you to relinquish your mirror and send it back to them. Meanwhile, you don't have a mirror.

Now, what happens if they can't fix your $300 mirror? They will send you another one that was broke that they "fixed". This is absolutely outrageous! When you buy a luxury mirror, you expect great customer service.

They should send you a brand new mirror and give you a box to return the first one back to them after apologizing for manufacturing a defective mirror.

As you can tell, I am beyond frustrated with SimpleHuman. The answer is simple, don't buy a product from a manufacturer that doesn't care about their custome

I haven't been able to talk personally with anyone from simplehuman. Even their chat room is computerized. I have a special problem with one of their cans that the recommended repair does not correct the problem. So I need to talk to someone.

I am a senior, and have a problem with a Simplehuman soap dispenser
I am going around and around in circles. Trying to contact someone anyone. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in all my years of shopping.
I wonder if Simple Human even cares. I wonder if anyone will ever get back to me from Simple Human. I really thought they were a caring responsible company, but I see that they are simply not.
To give a senior the runaround is simply disrespectful and atrocious behavior.
