I receive a letter in august from silver script, stating they were lowing my part d percription drug plan from 32.00 dollars a month,to 25.70 a month. I have the choice plan,no deductable.I thought this was great.I called silver script to verify the change and were told it would be lower to 25.70 and no change to my plan.

So I enrolled in the plan for another year. The choice plan has no deductable. What they didnt tell me, they raise the co payment up to 500% ON SOME OF THERE PERCRIPTIONS.

IN NOVERMBER I PAID 24.00 DOLLARS FOR NASONEX,YESTERDAY THE PRICE WAS 94.00 DOLLARS. THEY NEVER MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT A INCREASE IN THE CO-PAY BEFORE I ENROLLED FOR THE SECOND YEAR.THESE PEOPLE BELONG IN JAIL.I will not shop in cvs our apply foe siler script ever again.

This company is so, so shoddy. The prompter repeats itself several times.

Asks for details as to why you are calling but then can only respond to a few choices. Then, once you finally get through to a representative, you get different answers from different employees. Most of which completely contradict one another. Tried to look up CEO of company and that can't be found anywhere.

How proud they must be of the company they head up. And, yes, that was facetious.

I am so glad I read this. I signed up with them ,Changed my mind so I cancelled.

This is the last day to sign up with some one, Think I will just forget the whole thing. I don't trust any of them.

What a mess. Jeannie Black

I left an AARP prescription plan due to big monthly savings and fairly similar pricing for my 3 meds. When I enrolled I thought the quality of the representatives was very shabby compared to what I had experienced at AARP/United but the dollars clouded my judgement and I went ahead.

First order was fine but since I have needed to talk to reps twice and it is very poor indeed. We just go round in circles and I have the distinct feeling the folks I have spoken to are untrained, unknowing and certainly unprofessional. I am 99% certain I will not renew again with SS. I have warned several of my retired friends who retain AARP to not make the same mistake.

I am not pushing AARP, I am just anti-SS. I am not out any unusual amount of money; it is the quality of the relationship that is so irritating.

I expect good service rendered by competent people and this is not what I am experiencing.

I started on silver script last year ,everything was fine .Now they are telling me I have to reach a deductible of four thousand some dollars a year, plus pay them thirty two dollars a month and the copays on each percription. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay such a big deduct. They really give you a big line of bull *** when they sign you up.
