Like the rest of you, however my problems started way back, We purchased a home in 2004 with Countrywide, then the problems began eventually it was sold to Bank Of America, then to Resurgent, now it is in the hands of Shell Point. I tried to make my normal payment on 08/30/2014.

And It was at 5-am in the morning nice and early, unfortunately I don't the normal pay here icon in-fact it states my account don't have permission to access payments at this time, WOW so I called get an automated system tells me the same thing. What do I do my mortgage is due on 9/1/2014 now it will be late why?

Who is at fault? Even-thought it is a holiday on Monday the first the payment is made 2 days before,.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Value my payment that was attempted, on time to be on the record as paid on or before the first of the month, as it should have been.

Going thru a loan modification with BNA. No, wait, they tossed me over to Resurgent which is now Shellpoint.

Any who, sent in all my papers and getting letters back from them that they got it all. Nut on the same day, I get a letter from the same department, same people they didn't get the papers. And I mailed them at my own expense and to be on the safe side, faxed them over too plus emailed them. Knew then they weren't going to work with me and *** me around on this.

So I finally get the no you didn't get the loan mod because of so and so. And what's so so...Their many mistakes in income and property/school tax numbers they used to figure it out. One was even though I managed to reduce the property/school taxes to more than half because of Star. limited Income and disabled status and they still used the full amount in the monthly figures.

They never were going to give me the loan mod from day one because I have too much equity in the house they want for themselves. Equity of over 250 grand on a loan balance of 118,000.

They want the back mortgage payments missed, too. Like I am going to give them all that cash so they can just toss my *** out on the street with no extra money needed pay to move and live elsewhere at my old age on a fixed income while still owning them the balance of the loan.
