I keep getting the same food all the time...which we did not like and being charged all the time...kindly stop charging my credit card and stop sending me the food

Basically nobody responded to my customer service email or text despite sending 3 emails (one + two follow ups) and 4 texts as soon as I had the problem. The food finally arrived 45 minutes after the delivery window. The guy who delivered it was super arrogant and did not acknowledge that he could have even communicated to let me know he was running late. Mean time, next day I get a generic email from zendesk saying 'looks like your food was delivered.' Once again, I explained how panicked I was when the food did not arrive in the delivery window and how upset i was that I had emailed/texted so many times without as much as an acknowledgement - even though the business claimed to be open until 8 pm local time.
